VP's Restaurant in Vale dos Pinheiros, Quinta do Lago serves Portuguese and Internacional cuisine. As well as a range of hot and cold starters, fish and meat main courses, Vp's Restaurant has a 'Special of the Week' set dinner menu that changes every week, for example:
- Starter: Shrimp kebab with coriander and dill sauce, served on a nest of lettuce and sprouts of asparagus (9.50€)
- Main course: Chicken roll stuffed with feta cheese and olives, garnished with tomato and fine herbs sauce (17.50€)
- Dessert: Hot chocolate “soufflé” served with vanilla ice cream (5,00€)
- Complete menu (includes mineral water, 1/2 bottle house wine per person and coffee) - 32,00€
